StatTech Research & Analytics Governance
HomeTerms of Service
The basic conditions for using StatTech Research & Analytics services, portals, consultations, and public website.
Acceptance of Terms
- By using this website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, accessing the client portal, or engaging StatTech Research & Analytics, you agree to use our services responsibly and in line with these terms.
- A formal consultancy engagement begins only when both parties agree to a proposal, scope of work, contract, purchase order, or other written engagement arrangement.
- If a separate signed agreement applies to a project, that agreement takes priority over any conflicting general website terms.
Services Provided
- StatTech Research & Analytics provides research, monitoring and evaluation, statistical consulting, data analytics, dashboards, training, proposal support, survey systems, reporting, and related advisory services.
- Service descriptions on this website are provided for general guidance and may be refined during consultation, proposal development, or contracting.
- We reserve the right to decline work that is outside our expertise, conflicts with professional ethics, creates unacceptable risk, or cannot be delivered responsibly.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals, relevant documents, and access to data or personnel needed for delivery.
- Clients must confirm that they have the right to share datasets, files, contact lists, survey records, organizational information, and any other materials provided to StatTech Research & Analytics.
- Clients must not use our website, portal, services, reports, or deliverables for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unethical purposes.
Consultation Bookings
- Consultation requests are reviewed by our team before confirmation and may be accepted, rescheduled, clarified, or declined depending on availability and suitability.
- Information shared during a consultation helps us understand the client need and does not automatically create a full consultancy engagement.
- Advice provided during preliminary consultations is based on the information available at that time and may change after detailed review.
Project Timelines
- Project timelines depend on scope, data availability, client feedback, fieldwork conditions, approvals, and other operational factors agreed during planning.
- We make reasonable professional efforts to meet agreed timelines, and we communicate material delays or dependencies when they arise.
- Client delays in providing information, payments, approvals, or access may affect delivery dates.
Payments and Invoices
- Fees, taxes, payment schedules, currency, and billing arrangements are confirmed in proposals, invoices, contracts, or written communication.
- Invoices are payable according to the agreed payment terms. Late payment may delay delivery, portal access, reporting, or additional work.
- Receipts and payment confirmations are issued or recorded once payment is verified through the agreed channel.
Revisions and Deliverables
- Deliverables may include reports, datasets, dashboards, presentations, tools, training materials, proposals, or other outputs agreed in the scope of work.
- Reasonable revisions are handled according to the agreed scope, timeline, and review process.
- Requests that materially change the scope, add new analysis, require additional data collection, or introduce new deliverables may require a revised quotation or additional agreement.
Confidentiality
- We treat client information, project documents, datasets, internal discussions, and unpublished deliverables as confidential unless disclosure is authorized or legally required.
- Clients must also protect confidential materials, draft outputs, login access, and shared working documents received from StatTech Research & Analytics.
- Specific confidentiality obligations may be expanded through a non-disclosure agreement, contract, data sharing agreement, or research protocol.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership and use rights for final deliverables are determined by the agreed proposal, contract, or written engagement terms.
- StatTech Research & Analytics retains rights to pre-existing methods, templates, tools, frameworks, code, analytical approaches, and know-how unless expressly transferred in writing.
- Clients may not remove branding, misrepresent authorship, resell deliverables, or reuse restricted materials beyond the agreed purpose without permission.
Data and Research Ethics
- Clients and project partners must support ethical research practice, including lawful data collection, informed consent where required, privacy protection, and responsible use of findings.
- We may request clarification, changes, or safeguards where a project involves sensitive data, vulnerable groups, personal information, or elevated ethical risk.
- We do not knowingly support data misuse, fabricated evidence, unauthorized data collection, plagiarism, or misleading reporting.
Limitations of Liability
- Our services are delivered with professional care, but outcomes also depend on client inputs, data quality, external conditions, and implementation decisions beyond our control.
- Reports, models, forecasts, dashboards, and recommendations support decision-making but do not guarantee specific financial, policy, academic, operational, or development outcomes.
- To the extent permitted by law, StatTech Research & Analytics is not liable for indirect losses, misuse of deliverables, or decisions made without considering the stated assumptions and limitations.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation, postponement, and refund terms are handled according to the relevant proposal, invoice, contract, training notice, or written agreement.
- Work already completed, booked fieldwork, third-party costs, custom analysis, or reserved consultant time may be non-refundable where costs have been incurred.
- If a project is cancelled, we may provide completed work products or a closeout summary according to the stage of delivery and agreed terms.
Account and Portal Use
- Portal users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for notifying StatTech Research & Analytics if they suspect unauthorized access.
- Client portal access is provided only for authorized project, finance, file, appointment, message, and report activities.
- We may restrict or revoke access where there is misuse, security risk, project closure, non-payment, or role changes within a client organization.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms as services, platform features, legal requirements, and operational practices evolve.
- Updated terms apply from the time they are posted on the website, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
- Continued use of the website, portal, or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Contact
- Questions about these terms can be raised through the official StatTech Research & Analytics contact channels listed on this website.
- For active projects, clients should raise contract, billing, delivery, or confidentiality questions through their assigned project or account contact.
- We aim to handle service questions professionally and in a way that protects both client interests and responsible delivery standards.
